“Proclamation” is part of a digital curriculum on the core concepts of the Catechism of the Catholic Church, a religious text.
For the first video in early 2021, as the creative director, I developed the visual language for this ongoing series of 4-6 minute animations. With archival imagery, hand-drawn overlays, and a collage style, the Proclamation videos strike a curious tone. They act as introductions to the curriculum’s themes, offering a feeling of exploration around a non-religious topic.
I work closely with a team of designers, sound engineers, and producers to bring the scripts to life. These videos have racked up thousands of views and, most importantly, made Edmundo and Emily very very happy.
